Process requirements of electroplating production line

The automatic control of the crane on the electroplating production line is the key to the automatic control of the electroplating production line. The electroplating production line is completed by four cranes according to its process requirements, and each crane operates according to its own program. The production line consists of 32 stations. Station slots 7, 15 and 22 are the exchange station slots of traveling crane. The station slots and the process flow of each traveling crane are shown in Figure 1. Each traveling crane is composed of two hooks, namely a hook and B hook. On hook a is the workpiece to be plated, and hook B is used to realize the exchange of workpieces. In the traveling crane exchange station, the hollow hook of the slot is lifted by hook B first, and then the pendant in hook a is put into the slot. In this way, it is easy to send the workpiece to the next traveling crane and complete the following process flow. There is a link of chemical degreasing in the process flow of crane 1. Due to the long time of chemical degreasing, it has the function of switching between slot a and slot B. The traveling crane 1 puts the workpiece into slot a for degreasing for the first time. After one cycle, the traveling crane puts the workpiece into slot B for the second time, and then lifts the workpiece in slot a to enter the next process. This can save working time and improve work efficiency. The time of chemical degreasing, electrolytic degreasing, pre silver plating, silver plating, anti discoloration, activation, tin plating, neutralization, loading and unloading is arbitrarily adjusted by the touch screen. In addition, these stations need temperature control, which is realized by the temperature controller. The voltage and current parameters to be adjusted are set by the touch screen, and the real-time data are displayed on the touch screen. The current density required for electrolytic degreasing is 10A / DM2, the current density of pre silver plating is 0.1 ~ 0.3a/dm2, the current density of silver plating is 0.5 ~ 1.0a/dm2, and the current density of tin plating is 1.0 ~ 1.2a/dm2. Demisting and cold drenching in these stations must be controlled by auxiliary machines.
