Process requirements of electroplating production line

The automatic control of the crane on the electroplating production line is the key to the automatic control of the electroplating production line. The electroplating production line is completed by four cranes according to its process requirements, and each crane operates according to its own program.

The production line consists of 32 stations. Station slots 7, 15 and 22 are the exchange station slots of the crane. Each crane includes the station slot and the process flow of the crane. Each crane is composed of two hooks, a hook and B hook respectively. On hook a is the workpiece to be plated, and hook B is used to realize the exchange of workpieces.
